Bill DeLongis is in his 12th year as a college strength and conditioning coach with stints at all 3 divisions. He also has worked seasonally with USA Women's Hockey. He has assisted with the National Team, served as the Head S&C Coach for the 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023 U18 National Team and has coached at various U15 and U18 Developmental Camps.
DeLongis earned his bachelor's degree in physical education with a concentration in fitness and wellness from Winthrop University in South Carolina and a Master's of Education with a concentration in Experiential Education from Plymouth State University. DeLongis also has competed in powerlifting and strongman through the North American Strongman Association. Along with coaching, he has also written sports performance articles for ProHockeyStrength.com, STACK Magazine, Stack.com, Train Heroic and Breaking Muscle and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and on CBS for using power tools for massage.
